Pureground offers high quality matcha, tea and accessories for preparing matcha.
Product images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, packaging or appearance.
All products are offered subject to availability.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the indicated currency.
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the destination country.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
A contract is formed once Pureground confirms the order via email.
Pureground reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Pureground ships worldwide.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping provider.
Pureground is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other external circumstances.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, opened food items such as matcha cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened products and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
• the product is unused
• the product is in its original packaging
• the return request is made within the allowed period
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.

9. Liability
Pureground shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Pureground is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
