Returns & Refunds

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us at puregroundmatcha@gmail.com and include your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused and in their original packaging.

Please note that perishable products such as matcha cannot be returned once they have been opened for hygiene and safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
