The leaves are shade-grown, hand-selected, steamed, dried and stone-ground into an ultra-fine powder.

Add 1–2 grams of matcha to a bowl, pour in hot water, 70-85 degrees and whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.

Keep it sealed, away from light, heat and moisture. For best quality, consume it within a few weeks after opening.

Hojicha is a roasted Japanese green tea with a warm, comforting character.
